For a number years National Institutes of Health has held semi-annual Regional Conferences designed to help researchers, trainees, and administrators understand the NIH grant process. For many, the ability to attend these conferences has been limited by the costs associated with travel and registration. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference went virtual in 2020. The 2021 NIH Virtual Seminar on Program Funding and Grants Administration will be held November 1 through November 4, 2021 at no cost to attendees (registration is required). While the format has changed, the purpose and target audience remains the same. Below are examples of just a few sessions available at this year’s event.
For more information, check out the blog post from Mike Lauer, NIH Deputy Director for Extramural Research, and the seminar website for the full agenda and registration information.
