Attached are two lists of Fall Quarter 2026 proposal deadlines: one organized by sponsor and the other by deadline date. These lists are provided as a resource and are not all-inclusive. Please refer to the sponsor’s most current guidelines when preparing proposals, as deadlines and requirements may change. Please note that some deadlines may be adjusted once the University’s winter closure dates are finalized. We would appreciate your help in sharing this information with proposal preparers and reviewers in your unit. The lists will also be posted on the OCGA website.
As a friendly reminder, proposals to government agencies and other nonprofit sponsors for research, training, fellowships, and other sponsored activities must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Contract and Grant Administration (OCGA) prior to submission. Proposal materials should be submitted through the EPASS System to the OCGA Proposal Intake Team at least five working days before the sponsor deadline. Please also keep in mind any departmental review deadlines, which may vary by unit. Departments with Departmental Research Associates (DRAs) should consult their DRA for unit-specific guidance.
