Vice Chancellor Peccei has released a memo alerting the campus to the transition of responsibility from the Office of Contract and Grant Administration (OCGA) to the David Geffen School of Medicine Office of Clinical Trials (OCT) for the handling of incoming clinical trial subcontracts received from non-profit organizations in which the prime funding originates from a pharmaceutical company or similar industrial entity.
